Rex has dedicated many years to protecting the rights of those afflicted by another person’s negligence as a personal injury attorney in Chicago. After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Public Administration in 1968 from the University of Missouri – Columbia, in 1974 he obtained his Juris Doctor. Before starting The Bradley Law Firm in 1977, Rex worked for Boone County, in Columbia, Missouri as an assistant prosecuting attorney and then worked for St. Charles County, Lincoln County and Pike County as the Public Defender.

Some of Rex’s most notable legal achievements and areas of involvement include being featured in Who’s Who of American Lawyers, being past President of the 45th Judicial Bar Association, being past President of the Eleventh Judicial Bar Association, and being a member of the American Bar Association as well as the 11th Judicial Circuit Ethics Committee.

Rex’s commitment to serving his country and helping others began outside of the courtroom when he served in the Marine Corps in the late 1960s. As a Vietnam veteran, Rex has been given multiple honors including the Naval Commendation with Combat V for Valor, Combat Action Ribbon, Vietnam Campaign Ribbon, Republic of Vietnam Ribbon, a Presidential Unit Citation for Third 175mm Gun Battery, Legion of Merit Award out of Boot Camp, Platoon Honor Man, Series Honor Man and recognized as an expert marksman.

Rex likes to spend his spare time carrying out his duties as one of twenty senior Paso Fino Horse Association judges worldwide.

Ryan is an Chicago personal injury lawyer and is a 1999 honors graduate of the University of Missouri - Columbia, where he majored in Biology and received a minor in Chemistry. During college, Ryan volunteered at Columbia Regional Hospital, helping injured people and their families with hospital related services. In addition, he was employed as a phlebotomist in the laboratory of Boone County Hospital. While studying and working, Ryan participated in fund raising efforts and volunteered for Habitat for Humanity, Ronald McDonald House Charity, American Red Cross, and the Special Olympics.

After college, Ryan attended law school at Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, where he was on Law Review. During law school, Ryan interned for the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorneys office as well as other notable St. Louis law firms. After three years of law school, Ryan was offered an associate attorney position with a large St. Louis insurance defense firm, representing people who caused other people significant injuries. During this time, Ryan gained significant insight as to how insurance companies operate and their litigation tactics. Ryan soon realized his heart was in representing victims of personal injury- not the people who caused them. Ryan is licensed to practice in all Illinois state courts.

Ryan is a member of the Illinois Bar Association, the American Civil Liberties Union and the Ronald McDonald charity, an organization that provides temporary housing for families of injured children.
